Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Rehab to lead our rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

We are dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients, and our goal is to provide patient-specific treatments to enhance positive outcomes.

As a Director of Rehab, you will be responsible for the successful operations of your assigned location(s), ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of therapists and assistants, including Enhance staff and contract labor.
  2. Effectively communicate with the management team, including other Directors and Regional managers.
  3. Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered, adhering to evidence-based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
  4. Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes.
  5. Responsible for the hiring, orientation, development, and support of all staff and contract labor.
  6. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rehabilitation services management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality patient care.
