**Job Summary**
BSH Home Appliances USA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for performing testing operations for cooking appliances, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test a variety of cooking appliances using a Hi-pot and Functional test station.
- Use hand tools to perform minor repairs to the cooking product.
- Ability to use a computer to record test data.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.
- Perform all required paperwork, such as SPC, quality checks, parts requests, etc. for the particular operation being performed.
- Perform necessary material handling duties required by the operation.
- Perform any necessary line/product changes or preventative maintenance required by the operation.
- Work together and communicate daily with fellow associates about operation and safety issues.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification Requirements:

- Basic understanding of sound manufacturing processes, plant safety and environmental regulations.
Knowledge:
- Manufacturing background in related departmental area.
- SPC knowledge, basic measurement instruments and machine control knowledge if required for the working area.
Experience:
- Less than one (1) years experience required to Level I.
Machines, Tools Equipment (Office and Industrial), Software:
- Variety of manufacturing machines, equipment and workstations, calculator, test and measurement instruments and basic hand tools.
