We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team at BSH Home Appliances USA. As an Electrical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for wiring complex units on the assembly line, maintaining product flow, and promoting a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Wire electrical components on cooking products based on product specifications.
- Meet or exceed the cycle time standard for each platform based on standards.
- Order and verify assembly wiring components per the BOM specification.
- Maintain a safe and organized workstation using 5S tools.
- Assist team leader in resolving wiring issues in final assembly.
- Perform required paperwork, such as SPC, quality checks, and parts ordering.
- Assist in material handling duties if required.
- Be open to cross-training on all stations within any cell.
- Perform line/product changeovers and preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain a quality rate of 95% or greater.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Strong communication skills and ability to train others on wiring processes.
- Ability to read bill of material documents.
- Manufacturing background in related departmental area.
- SPC knowledge, basic measurement instruments, and machine control knowledge if required for the working area.
Minimum of two (2) years of production experience.
