About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at Capital Vacations. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the upkeep of our properties based on standard operating procedures.
  • Determine the materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
  • Perform general repairs, including painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
  • Coordinate or inspect, operate, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them.
  • Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues.
