Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager is a key member of our hospitality team, responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and train a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English required.
  • College degree preferred.
  • 2 years of management experience preferred.
  • 5 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
