We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Program Support Specialist to join our Learning and Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and upkeep of skills-based programs, working closely with the Division Manager and project workgroup.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Organize large amounts of information to support program development and maintenance
* Assist in assessment building, including question creation and data compilation
* Create new skills handbooks and instructor handbooks
* Plan, organize, and coordinate program revamps with the Division Manager
* Conduct research and analytical studies on various programs and issues
* Perform detailed fact gathering, data compilation, and report writing on budgets, organizations, and administrative systems
* Conduct analysis to improve process efficiencies and workflow
* Prepare and present verbal and written reports, including conclusions and recommendations
