About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Mass Markets, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound contacts in a professional manner. Your goal will be to ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling. You will also research systems to find missing information and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues as needed. Additionally, you will accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems.
