Job Description
As a Nurse Consultant for Military Health Readiness, you will partner with us to provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements of military personnel. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting Physical Health Assessments of military personnel
Reviewing health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires
Interviewing military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns
Identifying any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health
Documenting interview results for readiness classification in the service member's medical record using our proprietary system
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
An Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program
Certification: Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
State Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted license in a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
A strong capacity to handle high-stress situations and work effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, team members, and the public
A willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate a positive and supportive attitude
