United Wellness Center - ABA Clinic

Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for dedicated full-time and part-time Behavioral Support Technicians to deliver in-center Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services in the Orlando and Kissimmee regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to execute behavior intervention plans through direct support in a clinical setting.
- Aid clients in their daily routines, observe and document behavioral patterns, and collect data to track client progress.
- Adhere strictly to BACB guidelines and ethical standards throughout all interactions.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Conduct personalized teaching sessions, with a flexible schedule that may vary each day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
- Assist children with personal care tasks including toileting, dressing, grooming, feeding, and other self-care needs.
- Graph data as assigned and perform other duties as required.
- Comply with all policies and procedures established by United Wellness Center.

Job Type:
Full Time & Part Time

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, with shifts from 8am to 4pm and 4pm to 6pm.

Qualifications:
- RBT Certification from BACB
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Medicaid Provider Identification Number
- NPI Number
- Clear Background Check
