Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Teleperformance USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team through an exciting transition, building problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship and Career Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Team Management: Lead a market team, serving as a cross-functional and global liaison in developed areas of expertise.
  • Strategy and Execution: Establish team goals, work with direct reports on strategies for executing and measuring progress, and share results.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working with global cross-functional teams to problem-solve and develop solutions.
  • Insight Generation and Communication: Identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for users within their market, partnering with global and cross-functional teams to develop global solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a complex, fast-paced environment and minimum 2 years of prior relevant people management experience.
  • Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and passion for ensuring an excellent user experience.
