Incentive: A Sign-On Bonus of up to $15,000 is available for full-time candidates based on experience.
Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including both day and night options.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as a vital resource across various patient care settings, maintaining frequent interactions with patients, particularly in critical situations.
- Engage in emergency response teams, develop patient care strategies, and perform necessary invasive procedures.
- Administer respiratory medications and manage therapeutic gases effectively.
- Assess and interpret vital signs and physiological data, taking appropriate actions based on analysis.
- Monitor patient equipment and respond to pathophysiological changes as needed.
- Exercise independent judgment in various clinical tasks.
- Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License is required.
- A minimum of one year of hospital experience, preferably in critical care.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred (training available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on teamwork and goal achievement.
- Professional demeanor with a compassionate approach.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
