Plasma Center Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Plasma Center Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also collecting high-quality plasma for life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities- Screen new and repeat donors, taking and recording vital signs and finger stick results
- Use our Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate donor compensation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 32 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds
- 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role
