R&D Design and Development Co-op Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and talented students to join our R&D Design and Development Co-op program at Johnson & Johnson. As a Co-op, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the design and development of innovative medical devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products
  • Conduct testing and experimentation to support product design
  • Contribute to design solution activity using CAD tools and simulation software
  • Assist in developing laboratory testing and interpreting data results
Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Completed a minimum of two semesters in school at the beginning of the co-op term
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Authorized to work in the United States for the full duration of the co-op
