Job Summary

KETTLER is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Fields of Rockville. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
  • Perform outreach marketing and create engaging social media initiatives.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure all questions are answered and provide a high-touch approach.
  • Assist with resident retention and support efforts to partner with nearby businesses and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects.
  • Process lease applications and qualify residents.
  • Support the Community Manager with general office maintenance and resolve resident concerns.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or office experience.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
  • Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
