Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an on-site setting. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments, make differential diagnoses, and prescribe treatments as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide education and coaching to patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in healthcare.
- Current RN licensure and NP certification.
- State prescriptive authority and DEA license (if applicable).
- Master's degree in Science of Nursing (if applicable).
- CPR certification (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer or ACLS).
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
- Strong computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records.
