Nurse Practitioner

Premise Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team in McKee, TX. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting health assessments, making differential diagnoses, and prescribing pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and coaching to patients and their families on healthy lifestyle choices and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing and healthcare
- Master's degree in Science of Nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
