About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Portfolio Administrator to join our team at HR Elements LLC. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive account administration, generating critical-path internal reports, and representing our company as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Administration: Provide comprehensive account administration, including opening, transferring, and cashiering.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Generate critical-path internal reports by compiling and organizing data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Client Communication: Represent our company as the first point of contact for incoming telephone and web-based inquiries.
Requirements
