We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Commonwealth, VA.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $48-$54 per hour and provides an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of students.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive speech-language services, including evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, ensuring compliance with service minutes
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Licensure: Active SLP license in the state of Virginia
- Experience: Previous experience in a school setting and with IEPs is preferred
- Clinical Fellows: CF candidates are welcome to apply, provided supervision can be arranged
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
