Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating an efficient Wellness Program that meets the needs of our students and aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Health Services Coordination: Promote the Wellness Program, provide care, assessment, triage, and treatment, and coordinate with the Health & Wellness Supervisor to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Staff Training and Development: Assist in coordinating and delivering orientation to Health Services to students, as well as providing input to the manager, physician, and mental health consultant for case management of student health issues.
- Center-Wide Initiatives: Coordinate and promote activities that support health and safety throughout the Center, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all students and staff.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery of quality services is provided to trainees and staff at all times, and assist students in developing their employability skills.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Develop strategies and initiatives to increase participation in health and wellness activities on-Center, and promote a culture of health and wellness among students and staff.
- Education and Experience: LPN license in State, at least 2 years of relevant experience, Associates degree preferred.
- Certifications and Licenses: Valid state driver's license, CPR/First Aid certifications.
