Job Summary

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist is responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using radioactive materials.

Responsibilities

* Prepare and administer radioactive materials for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
* Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and results

Requirements

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
* Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMTCB) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Registered (NMTR)
* 1-2 years of experience in nuclear medicine

Additional Salary Detail

The salary range for this position is $39.37-$52.60/hour.
