Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients with complex acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to make diagnoses and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe therapeutic interventions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
- National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS certification
- Experience in acute care hospital settings
