Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with complex acute and chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to make diagnoses and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe therapeutic interventions
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
  • National Board Certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in acute care hospital settings
