About the Role

As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical home care to children with complex medical needs. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for enhanced care.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care transitions, effective communication, and timely interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
