Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our clients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions of care, ensuring continuity and consistency in client care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to stay current on best practices and advancements in pediatric care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of North Carolina.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric clients, preferably in a home health or hospice setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
