Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Triangle Brick Company. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of equipment, including conveyor belts, chain and belt driven components, and electrical and PLC controlled systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automated manufacturing equipment
  • Read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
  • Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including 3-phase motor controls
  • Use a multi-meter to test and troubleshoot electrical circuits
  • Cut and weld steel as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by plant management
Requirements
  • Prioritize safety, quality, and production in all aspects of work
  • Experience working in heavy machinery industries and/or with automated equipment
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, climb, and lift 50 pounds
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
