About the Job

The Weaver/ Loom Worker will be responsible for maintaining high-quality weaving standards, ensuring accurate yarn selection, and meeting production and efficiency targets in the weave room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent quality of woven fabric
  • Verify yarn selection against style cards and maintain accurate records
  • Operate 6 or more looms to meet customer demand
  • Perform regular maintenance on cutting equipment
  • Meet or exceed efficiency and production standards
  • Properly dispose of yarn waste
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
