Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative aircraft power systems, leveraging their technical expertise to grow the business and drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new electrical power systems that offer substantial benefits in weight, cost, and/or reliability over traditional approaches.
  • Lead the system and LRU requirements definition and verification activity.
  • Document system and LRU requirements for innovative designs, primarily for airborne environments.
  • Meet and communicate with customers to develop credibility as a leading expert in the design and certification of aircraft electrical power systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and build key relationships to grow our reputation as the recognized industry leader of aircraft electrical power systems in our market segment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Experience with requirements capture and management.
  • Ability to author technical documents, including specifications and plans.
  • Experience presenting technical information to customers and management.
  • Experience following a defined system development process.
