Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities.
  • Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways, and replace with clean linens and amenities.
  • Keep public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, clean and tidy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 1 year of cleaning experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of hotel experience (preferred)
Work Schedule
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
