About the Role:
Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Granite City, IL. As an Outpatient Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing integrated behavioral health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, promoting self-directed recovery and trauma-informed care.
- Link clients to community resources, including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field with at least 1,000 hours of supervised mental health experience.
- IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC preferred.
- Basic computer skills and experience using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
