About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Engineer to join our Integrated Rack Power Team in Sustaining Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our global fleet of AWS Rack Power products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively detect and identify emerging issues through robust telemetry monitoring and advanced analytics.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues through hands-on lab testing and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain high levels of internal customer satisfaction by providing fast and cost-effective resolutions to issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to redesign, modify, and validate updated product designs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of electrical engineering experience in power electronics, designing, testing, and debugging power electronics.
  • Experience with power optimization, board design, thermal, mechanical, BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, and networking.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations and work in cross-functional groups.
