Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance issues and resolutions for all active aircraft.
- Monitor mechanical challenges at line stations to ensure prompt resolution.
- Minimize maintenance recovery time to optimize aircraft availability.
- Facilitate equipment modifications in collaboration with Maintenance and Dispatch teams.
- Provide technical support to maintenance staff to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage the Minimum Equipment List/Configuration Deviation List (MEL/CDL) program.
- Coordinate necessary parts and staffing for mechanical interruptions, engine replacements, and field repairs.
- Supervise field repairs and manage the return of work crews to their designated bases.
- Collaborate with Dispatch and Maintenance Planning regarding MEL/CDL protocols as per company guidelines.
- Arrange for charter aircraft to transport parts and maintenance personnel to various locations.
- Inform the Inspection department of any reportable incidents involving company-operated aircraft.
- Ensure proper monitoring of engine oil levels and document findings.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a certified aircraft mechanic.
- Familiarity with aircraft computer maintenance record systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with the maintenance of aircraft types operated by the company.
Work Environment:
- Standard office setting with the use of telephones, computers, and office equipment.
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exposure to airport ramp and warehouse conditions, including variable weather and noise levels.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent activities including stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to handle objects weighing up to 70 pounds regularly, and up to 100+ pounds occasionally with assistance.

Compensation:
Starting rate is $32.69 per hour, based on location and experience.
