Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at RESSCO in Southgate, MI.

Job Summary:

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing general building and ground maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service at all times
  • Conduct general building and ground maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and maintenance issues
  • Perform appliance repair, electrical work, and plumbing
  • Conduct move-in/move-out inspections

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in repair work
  • Knowledge of HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical repairs
  • A/C Certified Type I-II (Universal Preferred)
  • Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
  • Ability to develop rapport quickly and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Committed to delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company
