We utilize a Natural Behavioral Developmental Intervention approach, focusing on early intervention, social skills groups, and individualized 1:1 therapy sessions. Position Overview
We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Child Behavior Therapists. You will play a vital role in implementing ABA treatment programs, adhering to established behavior protocols, and meticulously collecting data during direct interactions with children. Your responsibilities may include providing therapy sessions in various settings such as homes, clinics, and community locations.
Position Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with children is essential.
- You should be pursuing or have already completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with early childhood and/or elementary school children is required.
- While experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role.

Position Type Available
We are currently seeking both part-time and full-time Child Behavior Therapists. The ideal candidate would have availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm. Part-time positions offer the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment in the future.
