Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Child Behavior Therapist to join our team. As an ABA Specialist, you will work directly with children, implementing evidence-based treatment programs, collecting data, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Implement ABA treatment programs, following established protocols and collecting data to inform treatment decisions
* Work directly with children, providing one-on-one therapy sessions in various settings (home, clinic, community)
* Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
* Experience working with early childhood and/or grade school children
* Preference given to candidates with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
