Neuro ICU Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neuro ICU team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our 22-bed adult ICU. The ideal candidate will have experience in neuro and critical care, with a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty.
Responsibilities- Care for critically ill patients with a range of neurological diagnoses, including neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Engage in unit-based research efforts and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules that do not require floating to other units.
- BSN degree preferred.
- Current licensure in Massachusetts as a registered nurse is required.
- Neuro and critical care experience are preferred, but candidates with experience in general acute care and demonstrating a strong interest in the neuroscience specialty will also be considered.
- This position requires working a day/night rotation shift.
