Mercy Health is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool team in a part-time capacity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in various areas of the hospital, including Med Surg, while enjoying a flexible schedule of 24 hours per week.
Benefits and Incentives:
- Competitive hourly rate with additional $4.00/hour Float Pay
- Paid Time Off Frontload - up to 80 hours, based on experience (full time only)
- Relocation Assistance: $7,000 (full time only)
- Sign On Bonus - $13,000 for 1-2 years RN experience, $15,000 for 2-5 years RN experience, and $20,000 for 5+ years RN experience
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate of a state-approved professional nurse program
- Licensure: Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary work permit
- Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period
About the Role:
This part-time RN Float Pool position is a great opportunity for nurses who value flexibility and variety in their work. As a Float Pool RN, you will rotate daily to assigned areas, including Med Surg, and have the potential to work in multiple areas of the hospital. This role is eligible for an additional $4.00/hour Float Pay and offers a competitive hourly rate.
