As a Substance Abuse Therapist at Recovery Works NW, you will play a vital role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Deliver counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and solution-focused therapy.
  • Monitor clients' progress during detoxification and provide emotional support and guidance throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Relevant certifications or licenses including Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
  • Ability to pass a Background Check
  • Valid Drivers License (if transporting patients)
  • Active First Aid and CPR certification
  • Proven experience in providing counseling or support services and case management for individuals with substance abuse issues.

$24-$28/hr
