Clinical Supervisor Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of counselors and clinicians. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care services while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

About the Role:

  • You will supervise a team of counselors and clinicians, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Maintain a small caseload to provide direct supervision and oversight of clinical activities.
  • Direct intake operations, review assessments for quality, and make pre-admission decisions in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular meetings, in-service trainings, guest speakers, and literature reviews to staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), preferably SMART EHR.
  • Supervisory experience and self-motivation are essential.
  • A positive attitude toward working with chemically dependent patients is a must.
