Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the authority for a designated set of machinery and workstations within the production line.
  • Revise and enhance technical documentation pertaining to all equipment and workstations.
  • Participate in daily discussions to resolve production challenges and quality concerns.
  • Develop instructional materials and oversee operator training and certification.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and upgrades of equipment.
  • Oversee resource allocation to achieve key performance indicators and promote ongoing improvements.
  • Engage with engineering, quality assurance, technical teams, and suppliers for effective collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line setting.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot advanced machinery and robotics.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English is a plus.
