Respiratory Care Specialist

The Respiratory Therapist will provide advanced respiratory care services to patients of all ages at Granville Health System. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ventilator management, blood gas acquisition and analysis, and airway management.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $62,000-$82,000 per year. The Respiratory Therapist will work under the supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Manager and will be responsible for providing routine and advanced respiratory care services to patients. This includes invasive and non-invasive ventilator management, oxygen therapy, aerosol medication administration, and code blue participation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited respiratory therapy educational program and hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification. They should also have post-graduate clinical experience in all aspects of respiratory care, including critical care. Strong communication skills and proficiency in ventilator care and management are essential for this role.
