POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will demonstrate expertise in their field and possess extensive knowledge to effectively execute tasks related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and enhancement of plant-specific maintenance or technical training programs.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Enhancing station and personnel performance through targeted training initiatives.
- Developing, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering performance-based maintenance or technical training programs in alignment with departmental procedures and established training models.
- Preparing assessments for trainees and conducting evaluations across various training environments, including classroom, laboratory, on-the-job training, and simulation.
- Participating in station support activities such as outage support and root cause analysis.
- Ensuring training programs remain current by integrating insights from industry reports, regulatory updates, and procedural changes.
- Supporting business initiatives, project management, and special projects as needed.
- Overseeing the maintenance of accurate training records and participating in audits while preparing responses to findings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma.
- 3 years of relevant technical or craft nuclear experience or 5 years of related industry experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of experience in Radiation Protection.
- Associate's degree in science or engineering.
- 5 years of technical experience in the nuclear power sector related to instructional roles.
