Instructor M&T Rad Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Technical Instructor to join our team at Constellation Energy. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our maintenance and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs to maintenance and technical staff on radiation protection procedures and protocols.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure that staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in radiation protection and training.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as nuclear engineering, radiation protection, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related field, such as nuclear power plant operations, radiation protection, or training and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nuclear engineering, radiation protection, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field, such as nuclear power plant operations, radiation protection, or training and development.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences.
- Certification in radiation protection or a related field.
