Workshop Manager

Opportunity Center-Easterseals is seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to oversee the operation of our machine shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
• Monitor production, analyze data, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing processes.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
