Job Overview: Butler Machinery Company is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support its finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply academic knowledge, gain hands-on experience, and develop professional relationships.

The successful candidate will assist multiple departments with various projects, including finance submittals, credit approvals, and financial document signing. They will also perform UCC lien searches, contact banks and finance institutions, and maintain spreadsheets of current contracts and leases.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the sales team with relationship development
  • Assisting with key projects within the finance department
  • Maintaining accurate records and data

Requirements:
Candidates should be working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major, with strong computer skills, particularly in Excel. The ideal candidate will have a high level of organization and attention to detail. The position requires a minimum of 15-20 hours per week during the school year and potentially 30-40 hours outside of the school year.
