Key Responsibilities- Assist the Risk Manager in researching claims and investigating incidents
- Prepare fact sheets for claims review
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and incidents
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including claimants, insurance companies, and internal teams
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
