Job Summary

VSP Vision is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Sales Professional to join our team. As an Optical Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting patients with eyewear selection, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Eyewear Selection: Assist patients in selecting the perfect eyewear, taking into account their vision needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Transaction Management: Manage customer transactions, including processing payments, handling returns, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure seamless communication and a positive patient experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on the latest eyewear trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the optical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Optician License: Active Florida Optician License.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual English and Spanish.
