We are seeking a skilled Building and Grounds Maintenance Professional to join our team at Boyer Trucks. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds and facility to ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Operate a forklift and other heavy equipment as needed.
- Support facility technician repairs, including repairs to roof, faucets, sewer, plumbing, boiler lines, heating and ventilation systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- CDL Required.
- Ability to efficiently use various power and hand tools.
- Ability to work with multiple priorities and constant interruptions.
- Ability to be self-sufficient and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Building and Grounds Maintenance Professional.
Working Conditions:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to safely use a ladder to climb on various structures, including rooftops.
- Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, the ability to reach with hands and arms, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Requires working in some outdoor areas not shielded from the environment.
- Requires working in some areas which are not ventilated or air-conditioned.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $32.
