Job Title: Medical Imaging Nurse

About the Role:

The Medical Imaging Nurse is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for preparing patients for various imaging procedures across different body parts. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to patients undergoing imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Educate patients about their procedures and address any questions or concerns.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency imaging procedures as required.

Requirements:

  • Current RN License in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
