Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:


  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.


Requirements:


  • A Property & Casualty license is required.
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
