Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in the Emergency Room. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our department's clinical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, diagnose, and monitor patient status, utilizing evidence-based practice and medical knowledge.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including writing patient care orders and prescribing therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing, medicine, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
- Participate in and lead multidisciplinary patient care and planning conferences.
- Communicate and escalate clinical/administrative issues as appropriate.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
- Eligibility for medical staff credentialing.
- Minimum 0 years of experience as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of clinical specialty and services.
- Demonstrates clinical leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Physician Assistant national board certification and licensure in state(s) of clinical practice.
- CDS and DEA in state(s) of clinical practice. BLS certified.
