Position Overview

Sara Labraaten State Farm Agency is seeking a driven licensed financial sales associate to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team. If you possess a robust understanding of financial markets and exhibit sound business acumen, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning and guidance to our existing customer households.
• Collaborate with a career agent to formulate a business strategy and execute a client service model.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Exhibit integrity and educate clients on available technological resources.
• Deliver financial coaching while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications

• Possession of active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor capacity or equivalent financial services background.

Compensation Structure

$48k-$60k base salary plus commission
